Details of costs and what it covers..
We are estimating that costs for PROGRAM 1 (July 22nd to August 3rd) will be around $3200 per person mark - (after September 15th 2019 we will confirm this price based upon airline pricing)
PROGRAM 2 (August 2nd - August 11th) will also cost approx. $3200.
(attendance of BOTH programs will cost an approx total of $4500.)
This pricing for each of the PROGRAMS will INCLUDES the following:
International Flights from a major airport* in the United States or Canada into Tokyo or Osaka (depending on where you are assigned or where your team are matched in Japan)
Domestic transfers and local transport/public transportation.
Accommodation/Hosting - different scenarios from Conference facilities, Church facilities, Budget Hotels and homes.
Three meals per day. Home cooking, restaurants, self catering, food on the run scenarios (do advise us of dietary preferences in your full application)
Training and preparation, logistics and administration - our team will work hard to ensure you are well prepared for your mission experience and matched with your desired city, church or project.
Full Comprehensive Insurance. This is a non negotiable issue from our team - you’ll have full coverage during your time in Japan.
SWAG. Full set of ISF Olympic merchandise, T-shirts, Bags and Notebook.
Does not cover: Tourism, additional meals, Tickets for Olympic Events (we will help you source these upon request)
*if you request flights from a regional airport, additional costs will be factored in.
To ensure your seat is secured en route to Japan - when ready - preferably BEFORE 15th OCTOBER 2019 for Early Bird Rate - make your or your Team DEPOSIT of $150 each (You can do that anytime this year) ultra safe payments at http://www.sportsmissions.com/trip-payment/ - you will be fully receipted. Tax deductible.
NOTE: If you can’t commit before OCTOBER 15th, no worries, just commit when you can up until MAY 1st 2020 and we’ll quote you accordingly - it might be a little bit more expensive OR it might be cheaper - depending on airline seats available!
